The room on the bottom floor we initially had smelled as if it was moldy or had mildew. We left the room after placing our stuff in the room and were gone for a few hours. We came back to a puddle of water around the toilet. I called the front desk and found out there was no maintenance staff available and was told they would let the manager know. I waited several minutes, heard nothing, and then went to the front desk. We were then moved ro a room on the second floor which was not ideal due to the fact I had reserved the first floor room due to hip and back issues. So I had to navigate stairs which was painful. Also, cops were on site two times at least while we were there.

I’ve stayed here a couple times now and never had an issue until now. The staff was friendly as all get out, but the issue lies within the room. First off there was pink stains within the toilet, the door to the room would not fully shut and seal. This allowed the outdoor air to seep into the room. This also allowed for ants and other bugs to move into the room as well. When I first walked in I noticed ants climbing all over the fridge, sink and corners of the walls along with a spider with a web in the upper left corner of the room above the sink. I was extremely disappointed given past experiences and after being bitten by ants while trying to sleep it was unfortunate. I hope it was a bad stay and will be willing to give my business to them in the future, but this stay left a bad taste in my mouth.
