A place with the perfect balance of nature and social life including gastronomic and entertainment possibilities. The private community has large green areas, two swimming pools, a solarium, private parking and 24-hour security. You will enjoy the best surfing in a just 5 minutes pleasent walk.
The property is in a Gated community with condominium apartment buildings. Large green areas, swimming pools and surrounded by forest. Located less than 15 minutes from the center of Jaco Beach and less than 10 minutes walking to the beach. Controlled access and exit for guests only and connected to one of the main roads, Blvd Jaco. Public transportation and taxi/uber service with easy access. Close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and pharmacies.

Was here for a fishing trip. The property owner was very helpful. Gave us tips on taxis, restaurants, and other local information. Place was very clean. Everything was functional. A very good choice for the money spent
