I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Crocs 3 nights and it was truly an outstanding experience. The property is exceptionally neat, smooth, and well maintained, creating a relaxing and elegant atmosphere throughout. What impressed me the most was the remarkable service provided by every member of the staff. From the warm and efficient reception team, the welcoming lobby personnel, the attentive room service staff, to the servers at the restaurants — including the beach and poolside venues — every interaction was handled with genuine care and professionalism. The consistency of excellent service across all departments is rare and highly commendable. A special touch that made my stay even more memorable was the thoughtful amenity of a bottle of champagne. It’s clear that the team at Crocs anticipates guests’ needs and takes extra steps to create a personalized and exceptional experience. I can confidently say this is the best customer service I have ever encountered among Costa Rican hotels. More than I expected, perfect location. Too many riptides on the beachfront. Best to go 1.5 miles by foot more south where they get surf lessons for the best swimming conditions.

Crocs is a really nice hotel. I really enjoyed the pool. Its close to Jaco Walk and the atv, zipline excursions. I wanted the pool to pop though with some music and vibes. But it was good for relaxing. The bar locals was really good

Staff very hospitable and due to a flight delay instead of getting there at a 3pm checkin on our 1-night stay, we didn’t get there till 3am … and there extended late check out for 5pm was very affordable and appreciated!
