Beautifully renovated condo just 350 meters from the beach. Community features common area pools, jacuzzies, kiddie pool and 24/7 security. This condo is perfect for a couple or family looking for a tropical getaway. It's central location makes it an ideal walk to the many restaurants, town shops and active nightlife right outside the gates.
Fully stocked kitchen, highest speed internet with cable and relaxing patio make for the perfect evenings watching your favorite soccer team play.

Guest have access to entire condo and private patio. Parking is not assigned, but space can be found right outside the front door. Shared Cabana for picnics next to pool.

Located in the center of town, but quiet neighborhood. One block from beach. Everything you need right outside the community, coffee shop with amazing breakfast, easy walk to municipal park, multiple options for tours who will pick you up at your front door to go ATV riding, Zip lining, horse back riding, Boat rides and more!


There is one allotted parking space per reservation, upon consultation two cars may be permitted in most cases. Jaco is easily walkable with plenty of taxis or ubers. The beach is a quick one block walk.

Escapade en famille

Nous étions une famille de 6 personnes( 2 adultes et 4 enfants de 9-11-13 et 16 ans). Le condo était un peu petit mais confortable. Chacun avait son lit dont 2 au salon. La qualité des matelas est variable ( le lit double nest pas trÚs confortable mais les autrrs sont bien). Il manquait de couverture pour 1 lit. Mais nous avons été bien une fois organisé. C'est exactement comme sur les photos aucune surprise. Nous étions en mesure de manger 6 personnes assise autant à l'intérieur que l'extérieur. Le frigo permet de faire ses courses et l'espace cuisine de cuisiner. Le condo est agréablement situé à 5 minutes de marche de la plage. L'épicerie, la pharmacie et le café sont au coin de la rue. Tout est prÚs. La piscine est propre et bien entretenu.

After a 12 hour flight we arrived exhausted at the property to find the complex security was not even aware we were checking in. I had been trying to contact the host for the last day or so before our trip and was ignored completely. When we got there it was very obvious the host hadn’t cleaned the property since the last guests. This includes dirty smelly bedding, hygiene products in the toilet bin, mud everywhere. We immediately informed the contacts we had been given, they eventually replied that they hadn’t been aware of our booking and there must have been a mistake. We had to find somewhere else to stay last minute and the host offered to refund us the money. After almost a month of trying since our trip we’ve had no refund, and the host is ignoring us. Do not recommend, it’s badly organised and they may not know you’ve booked like what happened to us. As we’d booked weeks in advance we don’t understand how this could have been missed. We also feel let down by empty promises by the host. The experience was a major inconvenience, arriving late at night and having to sort new accommodation as soon as we got there ruined the start of our holiday.

Decent condo, amenities/rules need improvement

Upon arrival you must check in with security. Due to this being a tourist destination you would hope that the person checking you in would speak at least a little English but they don’t. Entering the condo itself, we found it to be mostly clean and in good condition. The mattresses on all the beds were not very comfortable and the daybed in the living room was awful. Now the amenities, the pool rules were ridiculous. Particularly not being able to have drinks, alcoholic or otherwise, at the pool. No food either. Don’t plan on spending the day there without having to walk back to your condo for a drink or snack. We found this terrible. It’s Costa Rica, hot and humid, and yet you are unable to stay hydrated while in the sun and pool. Then there’s the “jacuzzi’s”. There are 3 four person jacuzzis. The temperature in each one is no different than the pool and the only difference from the pool is the size and they have a couple jets. This was extremely disappointing after a long day of exploring and wanting to relax in a nice hot jacuzzi only to find it not even lukewarm. The condo itself was nice enough but we would not stay there again. And if you’re a smoker like one of us, you can’t smoke outside, you have to walk all the way out to the street to smoke, no smoking area at all on the property. This is a bit sketchy for a person to have to stand on the street late at night.

El apartamento estĂĄ bien, pero el condominio en donde estĂĄ ubicado no, demasiadas restricciones para una zona cĂłmo JacĂł, no se podĂ­a tomar ni una gaseosa ni un jugo en la piscina, horario de la piscina limitado y cerrada en horas de almuerzo. Pagas para 6 personas pero tambiĂ©n hay muchĂ­simas restricciones para el ingreso y salida de las mismas. Ruido sĂșper restringido y para la gente que fuma
 no se puede ni siquiera fuera de la casa. No me volverĂ­a a hospedar por el condominio y sus reglas. El dueño de la casa sĂșper amable y atento eso sĂ­.

Confortable and cute place

The kitchen was really well equiped. The condo is clean and very nice decoration. Just 5 minutes walk to the beach. The pool is nice too. We enjoyed having tea and breakfast on the outdoor patio. The price was very good for that place. I recommend it !

Everything we were hoping for

Everything we were hoping for. Communication was spot on and then some. All details for checking in and out were very clear and concise. The condo was spotless and well equipped for our needs. Having three separate air conditioners in the condo was simply awesome after enjoying the ocean, pool and activities all day and made sleeping very comfortable. The front patio was amazing for watching the sun peek over the mountains every morning. Lovely stay and we would recommend to anyone.

Pura Vida

The condo was nice and clean and a great location to everything and liked thst it was secure. The only thing that we thought was gross was putting our pee and poop paper in trash can. Owner is very nice and communicates well.
