The hotel is beautiful but the beach area needs better looking chairs and cleaning. Also the hotel room offers nothing no iron, refrigerator or TV. During rainy season a lot is left to desire because you will be left bored in the room. There is no hotel entertainment, I think Costa Rica just isn’t there yet.

The property was well kept and modern. There was security to greet us and watch the parking area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was open until 10pm which was very convenient. The beach was just in front of the hotel and was very nice, but the waves are big. We only had the fish sandwich at the hotel and it was very good! The only gripe we had with the hotel was that our room was very small. With 2 open luggages in the room it was very difficult to move around the room. The shower was also one of those half glass showers and water would get all over the floor. Besides the tiny room with limited space our experience at the hotel was a very good one.

Beautiful hotel, great stay

We came to Jaco for surfing and this hotel seemed much nicer than others in the area and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The property was beautifully designed and everything felt brand new. The rooms were very comfortable with a lot of attention to detail. You can tell a lot of care went into everything. The hotel café and restaurant/bar were excellent. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the hotel location couldn’t be better: right in town near restaurants and shops, and directly on the beach with easy surf access. Loved my stay here and would definitely come back.

Nice location. Was odd to have to pay for meals and beverages separately rather than do a room charge. Room s next to lobby are not as private. Can hear a lot of music and conversation from lobby. Showers in studio do not have towel racks or shelves to put soap or shavers. Limited dining menu. Beds were a bit firm and air conditioning blows right over the bed.

Overall, staff friendly. However, we arrived and the receptionist had left for the night. Nonetheless, security located him and we were able to enter our room.
