2024 Boys trip
Publié le 2 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayEntire vacation was fantastic. Host / owner and staff could not of been more friendly. Location on the beach, two buildings with multiple bedrooms, common gathering areas and pool made this vacation a huge success for my six buddies and me. The location was very close to the adult activity, casino, stores and restaurants.
Special thanks to the property staff. They worked hard and always seemed to have a smile and positive attitude.

Publié le 28 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat a perfect location! The house is in the heart of Jaco and pretty much walking distance to everything in town. Steve was a fantastic host. Super responsive during the booking process and was always available throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home and made sure we knew everything about the house and the neighborhood. The house and property are very well maintained. Direct access to the beach is an added bonus. The housekeeping service was fantastic. Steve also recommended Dennis and Melanie for private dining services. They were amazing! The food was excellent and they made sure we were taking care from the second we contacted him. We ended up booking them for two dinners and a breakfast because and regretted not booking them for the length of our stay! Highly recommend their business Bella Vista Cocina if you are looking for private dining service! We will be taking cooking classes during our next stay.
Overall our trip was fantastic!

Jaco Beach House
Publié le 15 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house is hidden down an unkept alley which was concerning upon arrival. Otherwise, it was exactly as advertised! The rooms were clean and the location was perfect for our group. We had direct beach access with restaurants & clubs literally next door. You could sit in the back and listen to the ocean or turn on the pool waterfall and be in a private oasis. The house is secure and we never were worried about our safety.

Beauty and convenience
Publié le 12 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwaySteve has a wonderful property, conveniently located in the middle of town. The property is very well maintained and was cleaned daily during our visit. You also have beach access right off the property.
Myself and guests were all very pleased with our experience staying here. You won’t be dissatisfied.

Amazing property with an unbelievable location
Publié le 23 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayPictures do not do this place justice. The location is excellent - almost too good to be true! Steve is kind and helpful. Vicki and her daughter keep the place super tidy and they are both super sweet. I will recommend to friends and family.

Great location and very spacious
Publié le 19 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThree generations of our family went to the beach house and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. It's super spacious with much more room than our party of 7 needed. The main house could use a bit more lighting, especially in the kitchen, as cooking after dark isn't convenient. The pots and pans were plentiful but the dishes need upgrading. The last recommendation is to upgrade the cable to digital as the analog system is missing multiple channels and the picture doesn't come through well on many. Regardless of those minor issues, it was a great stay and we could easily see ourselves renting it again.

Great Vacation Home
Publié le 23 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is me and my friends second time staying here. We really enjoyed the property. Fits 8 adults comfortably with a full kitchen for a chef to cook. Pool was regularly clean and beach access was 20ft away. Steve was a great host with great knowledge of the area and recommendations.

Mattresses need an upgrade.

Property & People Deliver
Publié le 25 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayProperty and location was just as advertised. It's best attribute were the people - Anna took care of all of our needs promptly and with a constant smile. Gustavo (the private chef recommended) created a meal experience that drew an ovation at a reasonable price and Primo - the driver - was always on time, very knowledgeable and everyone felt safe with him in command. Only downside of the trip was an oven that did not work (stove top worked as did the BBQ so adopting a 'pura vida' attitude meant not having a working oven was not a major obstacle). Our biggest complaint would have to be the condition of the pool - turned from a brilliant blue to a chemical-filled green mess several days after our arrival. Despite daily service visits, they were unable to restore the blue until the day we left. Bottom line - after two weeks in paradise, several family members are already talking about a return visit.
