Kaloka is a private 12-room beach retreat just 800 meters from Playa Jacó, offering 10 fully equipped studios designed for comfort, privacy, and togetherness. Spread across two floors, the complex features five studios on the first level and five above—two of which are 2-bedroom units, giving your group flexibility and room to breathe.



Ideal for families and friends, Kaloka sleeps 24 guests comfortably, with additional space thanks to sofa beds in most units. You'll enjoy full kitchens, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, individual living spaces, and access to our beautiful shared pool and outdoor lounges. Daily housekeeping keeps common areas fresh, and optional in-room cleaning is available on request.

Each suite reflects a modern, relaxed style with clean lines, quality finishes, and playful touches. Bedrooms are outfitted with king or queen beds, while most units also include sofa beds to accommodate extra guests.



Expect ceiling fans and A/C mini-splits in every room for comfort, along with one or two wall-mounted TVs for streaming or satellite viewing. Elegant nightstands, ambient lighting, and tasteful decor elevate the space—while floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to private terraces, balconies, or porches that overlook the pool and hanging plants.

While there isn’t a shared indoor dining hall, most of our groups love to gather outside by the poolside terrace or covered deck, where there's plenty of seating for group meals. Many guests choose to designate one studio as a “main kitchen” or take advantage of our private chef service, where meals are prepared in-studio and enjoyed together in the breezy outdoor space.

Guest Access:

As a guest at Kaloka, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire complex during your stay — that includes all 10 private studios, the shared pool and garden lounge areas, and secure on-site parking within the gated property.



Each studio is completely independent, giving your group the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness. Start your day with breakfast on your terrace, spend your afternoons lounging poolside, and gather as a group in the outdoor dining areas under the palm trees.



You'll check in easily with a lockbox system, and our local team is just a message away if you need anything during your stay.



🔹 Please note: While the property has a private laundry area, it is reserved for staff use. We do offer laundry service for guests upon request, available for an additional $10 fee per load.

A quick 5-minute drive puts you right in downtown Jacó, where you’ll find:

While having a vehicle gives you flexibility, many of our guests choose to relax and book our most popular option: the daily driver service. This package includes:



- Round-trip airport transportation

- A dedicated van and driver available throughout the day

- Door-to-door rides to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, waterfalls, tours, and more

Private Chef Service: We can connect you with a local chef who prepares meals in one of the studio kitchens and serves them in the outdoor dining area—perfect for group gatherings by the pool.



Laundry: The on-site laundry area is for staff only, but laundry service is available upon request for an additional fee.



Security: A nighttime security officer can be arranged only if requested in advance prior to your stay. Please let us know ahead of time so we can coordinate accordingly.



Quiet Hours: We respectfully enforce quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM without exceptions. All group activity must move indoors during this time, and noise should be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing nearby neighbors.



Parking: Free, secure parking is available inside the gated property with space for multiple vehicles.
