Kaloka is a private 12-room beach retreat just 800 meters from Playa Jacó, offering 10 fully equipped studios designed for comfort, privacy, and togetherness. Spread across two floors, the complex features five studios on the first level and five above—two of which are 2-bedroom units, giving your group flexibility and room to breathe.

Ideal for families and friends, Kaloka sleeps 24 guests comfortably, with additional space thanks to sofa beds in most units. You'll enjoy full kitchens, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, individual living spaces, and access to our beautiful shared pool and outdoor lounges. Daily housekeeping keeps common areas fresh, and optional in-room cleaning is available on request.

BEDROOMS AND LIVING AREAS
Each suite reflects a modern, relaxed style with clean lines, quality finishes, and playful touches. Bedrooms are outfitted with king or queen beds, while most units also include sofa beds to accommodate extra guests.

Expect ceiling fans and A/C mini-splits in every room for comfort, along with one or two wall-mounted TVs for streaming or satellite viewing. Elegant nightstands, ambient lighting, and tasteful decor elevate the space—while floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to private terraces, balconies, or porches that overlook the pool and hanging plants.

Whether you’re whipping up a big breakfast or enjoying a chilled evening with wine, every studio includes a modern kitchen with granite countertops, black stools, and everything you need to cook and dine in comfort.

While there isn’t a shared indoor dining hall, most of our groups love to gather outside by the poolside terrace or covered deck, where there's plenty of seating for group meals. Many guests choose to designate one studio as a “main kitchen” or take advantage of our private chef service, where meals are prepared in-studio and enjoyed together in the breezy outdoor space.

WORKSTATION
Remote workers are welcome here. Each unit includes a dedicated wooden desk and chair, ideal for logging in and staying productive while surrounded by tropical calm.
