最低、最悪の宿泊施設です。 これはホテルでなく、マンションのレンタルです。 なので受付はありません。 鍵を外部から持って来るようになります。 到着1時間前に連絡。 到着して連絡しても鍵は届かない。 トータル2時間30分、現地で待っても鍵は届きませんでした。 デポジットをWEB決済で200,000ルピア取られ、24時間以上経過した今現在も返金はありません。 電話やメッセージを送っても無反応です。 Hotels.comに連絡しても、調べると言っても12時間以上回答なし。
