I've stayed at the property several times. Close to the airport, very reliable transportation to the hotel from the airport. Good food. Great staff and clean.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast varied and tasty. The manager dealt with a problem (double payment) with consideration and calm. I will return.

This is an excellent hotel close to the airport. Transfers are included and they are very accommodating in picking up and returning to the airport. The pool/spa area is very nice. The rooms are large and beds are comfortable.
The only negative is that the lighting in the rooms is not great.
We’ve stayed here many times while traveling through to Sorong.

Well located near the airport.
But the main positive is the staff - all very helpful and personable. They take care of any request straight away.

Very nice overall
Posted Jan. 23, 2024 on HotelsI had an enjoyable trip overall. Staff was very attentive, respectful, and helpful. Fitness center and pool facilities are very nice. Location is great, very close to the airport (which is a reason I booked this). Internet was high speed and reliable. I did have an issue with the A/C in my room. I called to have this fix and two different people came out (once was a bell hop and the other was an engineer), and they tried to fix it. Their work helped and room was comfortable, but it did not get as cool as the thermostat was set to. The staff was very helpful in trying to fix it. This did not cause any major problems, just something I want to pass along.

This is a hidden gem and somewhat of a suprise, a good stop if planning to just relax before ur departure from jakarta .
