This is my second stay at The Fairmont and fortunately they've mantained their high quality of service. Our room was spacious and in excellent condition. The staff are warm and polite without being intrusive. Breakfast buffet has a vgood choice of local and international dishes. Just a tip tho, be patient at the reception desk. Some guests take a v long time to check-in or out. When they are busy you may wait awhile. Jakarta Fairmont is a luxury hotel in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommended.

This is my second time to stay at Fairmont Jakarta and, as usual, I was not disappointed. The rooms are big and drinking water is aplenty. The staff is courteous and polite.
The hotel is connected to the Plaza Senayan mall where shops and restaurants are many. Cross the street and Senayan City mall is another place with more shops and restaurants.
