There was an obvious stain marks on the linen. And the lobby / waiting area was not airconditioned. So it was hot for guest to sit & wait for check in or taxi.

Could have been a great hotel

This property has so much potential, only if it is properly maintained. My room Aircon doesn’t work. It sounds like lawnmower on turbo with little to no cold wind. The whole room is warm and stuffy. And top that off, the room is completely filled with mosquitoes, everywhere. Just sitting at the table, I managed to kill more than 10 of them and it doesn’t stop.. it is impossible to sleep. And the nightmare doesn’t end there. The hotel is right next to a neighborhood badminton hall. My room window overlooks the hall. I can hear all the hits and misses from the entire hall. The badminton hall opens at 7am and only closes at 12midnight. Tried asking for a change of room and was told I can only do it the following morning. Understandably, it was a night with absolutely no sleep at all. The room I got the following day was much better. The property has a gym with only 1 treadmill. Unfortunately it doesn’t work. Breakfast was good, could be much better if the coffee is at least served hot.

Ok for one ir two nights night.

Hotel was OK but staff could have been a little more friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, but rooftop bar/restaurant was expensive (for Indonesia).... though great views of Jakarta up there. NB. Plenty of cheap local food in area if you happy to walk and large mall nearby. Room was fine but sink was blocked so did not drain and room was not particularly well soundproofed.
