Easy first night arriving by plane

Close to the airport rail terminal BNC one hour trip. You can use a credit card to pay direct through the barriers without delays. There are plenty of street vendors for food and the area is safe.

Clean and comfortable hotel in Central Jakarta

This is a clean and comfortable hotel, the rooms are in nice condition and the wifi worked well. The location is very convenient in Central Jakarta and there are local restaurants and food stalls nearby with great meals and reasonable prices. The hotel is close to the station for the airport train, the station for local trains, the station for the MRT, and the bus stop for the TransJakarta rapid buses. The only unusual thing was their request for a large deposit when checking in. The deposit was returned as expected but was much more than other hotels we’ve stayed at in Indonesia. The staff was friendly and professional. We would stay here again.

Very Close To The CBD Thamrin Area

When I'm staying period in here.... Very noisy.. Because they have construction high risk building the front of property.... Comfort room.... Good WiFi..... Maybe need more cleanliness for the room....

Good value for money

Great price for accommodation in such a central location. Although we found Jakarta to be quite a dull city, this hotel definitely made it easy to explore what was to explore. Very convenient with the proximity to the airport train as well.

It was a pleasant stay at Resident 100, apart from the noise outside, the construction area. The staff are friendly and courteous and the neighbourhood too. It would be nice to have coffee and tea facility in the room.

My stay was good, just dint had my room clean for the 3 days I stay and don't know why but other than that every was fine.

Noisy nd unfriendly staff

Not so pleasant atay. I just wanted to cancel this booking right after I found some issues; unfriendly/doesn't care of guest's need, unprofessional. Noisy as nearby there is on going construction(24 hours). Deposit: IDR 300K is not mentioned on the property's fact. It s highest deposit in this class eventhought they hav no mini bar. Bathroom is smelly, It's cheap Location is good but with Th bad advice I don't think it's worth. There are other hotel wth nearly the same rate/not much different wth better service

Great and affordable hotel in Jakarta

The owners and staffs are great and nice. We got special price for extra bed and room upgrade since we booked more than 1 room. The room was clean but too bad only 1 towel available and it felt rough.

Clean and Pleasant Stag

Small, clean, and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed for our mere two nights in Jakarta as we passed through. A bit tricky to find but our taxi driver called the hotel no problem and got directions. The restaurant on the 5th floor has good lunch and dinner, wouldn't recommend getting the breakfast - a lot of fat and grease - fried omlet and warm bread with condensed milk and cinnoman. Service was excellent - easy to book an extra night, reception called us a taxi the day of our departure by train with no hassles. Location is less than great for a tourist but I think a lot of Jakarta is that way. We managed to walk to the World Mall and Train station but it was a few km's. Taxi's are cheap though!

・3日宿泊したがベッドメーキングなし ・ハブラシセットはない ・現金でのデポジットを要求された。300000ルピア ・ロケーションはグランドインドネシアモールから10分程度で非常に 　よいが道が暗く狭く、多少の不安が伴う。 ・周囲はビル工事中のため、夜通しうるさい。

周辺が工事中、高層ビルに囲まれて取り残された古いホテル

スカルノハッタ国際空港から、新交通システムを利用するため、sudilman baru（BNIcity駅）近くの地の利を期待したが先ずは、Checkinで、Expediaから予約が無いと初歩的宿泊Trouble。暫く確認して部屋が割当られたが鍵が開かず別の部屋となり、値段的に余り期待はしていなかったが、お湯は熱いのが出て水圧もあり、エアコンも冷えるが音が煩く、設備全てが古い。地理的には悪くないから周辺が再開発で高層ビルに建て替え中、ホテル前から埃っぽい。グランドインドネシア方面への散歩ルートも工事中で歩き難く、部屋の窓の外は隣の壁、多分、再開発で売り払い、それまでの営業と思われる。

Si bien el hotel está muy cerca de laos principales centros comerciales, la zona es muy fea como cualquier otra en Jakarta, hay muchas obras de construcción en la calle y no me pareció una zona segura. Sin embargo el hotel está limpio y cómodo además de que el staff es muy amable
