Pet friendly! Relaxing 3 bedroom, 1 bath. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and bars within walking distance. 5 miles to downtown Charleston. Less than 5 miles to Folly Beach. James Island County Park is 2 miles away. Historic Houses and Gardens are about 10 miles away. The home is fully stocked with all your kitchen needs. Great place to stay if you are visiting the Citadel or College of Charleston. Going to a concert at Charleston Music Hall, stay here! Going on a Ghost Walk Downtown- Perfect location. Updates to unit on May 25, 2023: new stove/ 3rd bedroom/blinds in all windows/outside sitting area and 4 beach chairs. Updates to unit in November 2025: newly remodeled bathroom and new cleaning crew.
