The room was small, which was fine. Many tv channels had poor digital signal, which made watching tv not really worth it. The breakfast was pretty minimal, so I wouldn't count on it for much. Overall, it was a fine stay, I just didn't like the cost. I'd only stay again for half the price I paid, based on what was provided.

The tv was non operable and could only get 7 channels. The room was faily clean, but out of bathing soap and had to use shampoo. The property is old and below average in condition. The staff was helpful and were trying to repair the tv service. I will not stay there again.

The beds were great. The lady at check was very nice. But the carpets in room needs to be cleaned really bad wore shoes the hole time in room also there was a smear of blood on bathroom wall. Would not stay there again.

I had 2 suites booked, upon arrival the hotel had only reserved one. The receptionist "found" an open standard room, when entering room it was already occupied. When going to the reception area to address this issue, two other parties with reserved rooms came upon the same issue of their rooms already being occupied. Cancelled the stay and now have to fight for a refund.

Clean, comfortable and cool

I think this hotel has been redecorated in the past year. We stayed last summer and found the AC was struggling to keep up with the heat but this room was clean, quiet and cool despite the80’F temperatures. I will stay again if I stay in Jamestown again.

Door latch was glitchy. Had to set temp at 81 degrees to stay warm. Asked for a light bulb to replace burned out bulb -- no response after an hour. Telephone was dead. No egg or meat protein or potatoes at breakfast. Desk clerk was poorly dressed and there was a baby's play pen behind the desk, and apparently "friends' hanging out in the lobby. The cart to move luggage was the same type of cart to haul garbage. Paid a premium price for a very unwelcoming stay.

When booking Super8 by Wyndham with Expedia I opted for a small upgrade to accomodate the 3rd person with my buddy and I. It was advertized as a suite with a kitchenette. It was a very small room with no kitchenette. Not even 1 chair in the room to sit on . The sofa hide-a-bed barely fit in the room when opened to a bed. The support springs under the dirty stained mattress were impossibly uncomfortable. We requested from the nice desk manager a role-away bed. She brought it to us promptly. The very small bathrooms tub surface was stained and in terrible condition. The irritatingly loud fan was on continually with the bathroom light. I paid approximately $182.00 Canadian funds for an at best a $75.00 room!
