Spanish Water View apartment was excellent. Clean and very well appointed. Grounds were lovely. Very peaceful. Near Jan Thiel for restaurants. A bit far to other beaches and at time traffic was bad. Overall really good value.

Spanish Waters Paradise

A truly beautiful location. Peaceful and relaxing. Wonderful accommodations. A little confused about the check in process. I missed the email with that information which is my fault. Information on my VRBO app stated there would be a doorman but we arrived and struggled a bit to gain access. Since it’s a self check in with lockbox etc. otherwise FANTASTIC (Bed linens a bit worn and need refreshed)

Great Stay!

We loved everything about this property. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. They met us at check in and followed up about our stay while we were there. They were also very prompt to answer questions. Check in and check out were very smooth. The unit has huge sliding doors that open the whole interior out to the porch, which was where we spent the majority of our time. We also liked that each room had it's own AC unit which was very convenient and allowed for personal preference. We did not run the AC in the main living area while we were there as there was a nice breeze coming in from the patio, choosing instead to run it in our rooms at night. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything that we needed for our stay. While there is no oven we found that just having the microwave was sufficient for our needs. The unit is very conveniently located close to everything we needed - restaurants, grocery stores and beaches. Overall a great stay! We will definitely be back.

Management/owners were great to work with. Good communication, and accommodating.

The apartment was very clean, and pool was great. Definitely need a rental car if you're going to rent this property. Appliances were a little hard to operate, and a regular oven and microwave would have been nice, but we made it work.

Lovely quiet apartment

Nice quiet 2nd floor apt with view of palms, ocean (bay) and pool. Noom property manager Fatima was very responsive to our questions and was quick to deal with our one minor issue. This area seems to be a bit buggy - get local bug repellent. The pool/deck is great, and the a/c was perfect to keep us cool at night. Many great beach bars/restaurants nearby (if you have a car).

Great place!

Great location, lovely and clean and enjoyed then by pool and it was never busy. It was like it was our pun pool. Managers met us on time and looked after everything and were very accommodating. It was a fabulous 5 weeks! Thanks for a wonderful time!
