This beautiful 70m² apartment is part of a tropical mini resort located in the popular luxury villa district Vista Royal.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. These are built in such a way that there is optimal privacy.
There are two double bedrooms with king beds and airconditioning, which are sharing a spacious bathroom, a nicely decorated living room and a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, microwave, toaster, blender and Nespresso Coffee-machine). A large sliding door to a private covered porch with a dining area. Here you can also enjoy the view of the swimming pool.
The large swimming pool and spacious tropical garden are both for shared use. Around the pool is a large sun terrace with plenty of sun beds, hammock chairs and two large palapas to enjoy the sun or cool down in the shade comfortably.
