Villa Laman for 10 people.

As soon as you enter villa Laman you will taste the Caribbean atmosphere. Villa Laman is one of 3 Villas of Villas Vista Royal. You will immediately feel at home thanks to the very spacious living room, fully equipped open kitchen and bar, followed by a large terrace. The open character of the rear facade ensures that the worlds of the kitchen, living room, terrace and tropical garden merge. The stylish furniture is adapted to the atmosphere of the house. The kitchen is additionally equipped with a 2nd combi oven and a separate drinks refrigerator, ideal for 10 people!

The villa also has a tropical garden with a private swimming pool (10m x 4m) where you can relax. With cheerful music and a cocktail in hand; You can dream away on a lounger. The tropical garden with beautifully lit palms provides the ideal Caribbean feeling in the evening!!

Villa Laman has 5 double rooms, each bedroom has air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Each bedroom has an extra large bed (210 x 180 cm). The villa also has an extra large roof terrace (50 m2) and a palapa (40 m2). The palapa is equipped with locally manufactured benches where you can relax and unwind together.

The beautiful and famous Jan Thiel Beach is within walking distance of the villas. On this beach you can relax while enjoying a cold cocktail. You can also dive, snorkel and enjoy the beautiful sunset in the evening. The city center of Willemstad can be reached within a 15-minute drive and the famous Mambo Beach is only a 10-minute drive away. For stays longer than 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning is required (€ 150), which will be deducted from the deposit. Electricity is included up to 60kWh consumption per day, see rental agreement.

Exceptional home and wonderful host — perfect for families and groupsVilla Laman was absolutely incredible and exceeded our expectations in every way. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and impressively soundproof, which was perfect for our family with different sleep schedules. There was ample storage throughout, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.The kitchen is HUGE and beautifully equipped, and the seating areas both inside and outside gave everyone plenty of space to relax and gather. The pool was fantastic — deep, long, and perfect for swimming, with a built-in bench along the side that quickly became a favorite spot. The hammocks and swinging chairs added so much charm, and the constant breeze flowing through the house made it feel cool, peaceful, and connected to the outdoors.This home can easily accommodate five families comfortably, and the parking for four cars was incredibly convenient. The host was amazing — responsive, thoughtful, and clearly takes great pride in the home.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Villa Laman to anyone visiting Curaçao. It is a truly special place.

Villa Laman was absolutely perfect for my girls getaway week! There were 10 of us in total and we had plenty of room. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The outside area including the pool was spectacular. We did go over in our daily electricity allowance but the cost wasn’t very much for the group so it was worth it. Easy walk to the grocery store and the Jan Thiel beach area. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Curaçao!

The layout of the house is perfect. I loved that the kitchen is totally open to the outside. There is so much seating and lots of sun or shade, whatever you're looking for!If anything, I thought the place looked even better than in the photos!The restaurants and grocery store are a short walk, very convenient. We only went out of the neighbourhood twice in the whole week.Our house manager was very responsive and easy to deal with. We asked to stay late on our day of departure and they were very accommodating.The only thing I would say is that it seems silly not to just provide extra toilet paper - such a small thing but would make it a lot more convenient. The same goes for shampoo - for those travelling with only carry on it means packing small bottles or having to find small bottles to buy once there.

Friendcation in Paradise

This home was absolutely perfect for our Friendcation in Curacao. It easily fit three adult couples and two children, ages 8 and 11. The home is beautiful and modern, and the pool area was a HUGE hit! We loved that Jan Thiel beach was an easy walk from the house and Tugboat beach was only minutes away. The check-in and check-out process is super easy. We will definitely stay here sgain!

This is wonderful, beautiful, and clean property, in a good location. You could easily be happy spending your entire stay on premises. The owner and property manager are accommodative and communicate promptly. Keep in mind that you may need to acquire your own soap, shampoo, paper towels, laundry detergent etc. Highly recommended.

A Wonderful Family Accommodation!

This was our second time in Curaçao and staying at Villa Laman made it all the more enjoyable! A great place to stay that is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and a local supermarket. The house itself was perfect as it was clean with all the amenities we could need including the pool and cabana out back. All services provided were great, responsive, and friendly. Great location and property - but nickel / dime

Great location and fantastic property that is clean. Big enough for 10 guest. The only negative is the lack of small stuff - one roll of toilet paper only / no garbage bags / not even hand soap in the bathrooms. Also, they tell you that you will be charged extra if you use more than the allotted amount of electricity. I think it would be better to just provide some of these items and charge extra $20 per day.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The communication with the owner and the housemanager were excellent. The house was clean and everything worked fine. I would have given it 5 stars but there were some minor things. I think the living room needs an air conditioner unit. Once you close the doors it gets extremely hot at night. There were gardeners working on our second day (was communicated when we arrived) I get that these things need to be done but I would plan this on a day that there are no guests. They also use equipment etc and charge them at the house since guests are paying for electricity use I don’t find this completely fair. And then there was another day that pest control came (also communicated the day before) this was unpleasant. I have small children and the smell was bad also the gardeners were wearing masks. I did say something to the housemanager but she said it wasnt that bad but everyone else in our group noticed the smell. Again this is something I would not plan when guests are staying and trying to enjoy the outside and the pool. Other than that it is an amazing house, not far from the beach and the pictures dont even do it justice it is prettier in person.

Top villa!

Wat een heerlijk huis! Schoon, groot en overzichtelijk waardoor kleine kinderen de vrijheid hebben en heel goed in de gaten kunnen worden gehouden. En alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Daarbij heeft iedere slaapkamer een eigen airco dus iedereen kan voor zich kiezen of hij deze gebruikt. Heerlijk zwembad en een lekkere grote tuin met veel privacy. De zee is op max. 10 minuutjes lopen waarbij je direct langs de Albert Heijn komt en je wat boodschapjes kunt doen. Het contact met de eigenaar is heel plezierig, je krijgt snel en duidelijk antwoord en ook het in- en uitchecken verliep heel prettig en snel. We hebben genoten!

Rejuvenate in Tranquility

Our multigenerational family stay at Villa Laman took us away from covid to a small Paradise. The villa was as shown- clean,spacious, beautiful and very well maintained inside and out. With a grocery ,various restaurants nearby we were able to eat-in during our stay. We all enjoyed the pool, and Beach nearby was fun if we wanted sea sand, snorkelling. Our Host -Axel was easy to communicate with and answered our questions, provided us with contacts. We especially appreciated his recommendations for Lab who came to the villa and did our pre-departure home covid testing. Marieke was wonderful-she did our initial small grocery , had it ready on our arrival ! She greeted us and immediately helped us ease into Curacao tempo-and was readily available throughout our stay . We highly recommend Villa Laman-we were sad to leave and agreed if next time-we must stay longer! Thanks for your hospitality!!
