Bed clean, no trash can in room, no shampoo bottle. Credit card reader didnt work. When they write down your info, worried about charges.

Utterly disgusting
Posted Jan. 27, 2024 on HotelsPlace was disgusting. The tv had 4 channels and they were fuzzy. The refrigerator didn’t work. No Wi-Fi. No microwave. The outside looks rundown. They tried to charge me twice for staying here and I should never had been charged at all with the condition of this place. The photos listed is false advertisement. Do Not stay here.

I want a full refund - How can experian support this place. Dirty the person at the desk had dirty grimmy clothes on and said he would not stay there either - dirty floors - bathroom never cleaned had food on the floor and black things - mold everywhere my son got such a bad headache staying there we had to leave very early just to buy tylenol - towels were dirty I had to go to desk to get clean towels (4) just to put 2 on the floor so I could take a shower with a curtain was full of mold - I was so tired when I checked in, I was sooo tired but afraid to drive so I had no choice but to stay

DO NOT GO HERE. It is very run down and very dirty. We could not stay. I don’t mean messy, I mean stains, plaster falling, molding bathroom. Absolutely not. Shame on Expidia for still having this place in their list.

To be completely honest i wish that i had not stay here the front desk employee was rude and disrespectful. The room smelled like mold and mildew and the carpet was soaked. The ceiling was falling apart. The room was infested with bugs.
