Billing Nightmare
When I checked in, I was told the credit card used for my reservation was declined. The credit card number was not my credit card. I explained that Hotels.com had already billed me. The desk agent explained that although I’ve already paid Hotels .com, they in turn will send the hotel payment using their card and that was what was declined. I had to give my credit card for payment until the declined card situation was resolved. Then two days later I was charged $45 pet fee. I had no pet! The accommodations were fine the bookkeeping/records keeping was terrible. I will not recommend Hotels.com or Best Western/Jasper to anyone.
