Our neighbours: kindly note that even as a farm, we have neighbours in the street and across the paddock that must be respected. As such, we need to maintain a firm policy on parties, screaming, loud music or any sound that might travel and affect our neighbours. The games shed is on the other side of the home and is relatively protected, but similar policies apply. Therefore, please understand this when booking and communicate to us if you feel your stay might cross the line.

Jaspers Run main house (sleeps 12; 8 adults + 4 children). Perfect for couples, families with children or groups of friends seeking a relaxing getaway in style. Unwind in a peaceful and tranquil environment feeling both isolated and comforted knowing the amazing town of Berry is only 5 km away. Jaspers Run is a blend between great country living whilst still offering most of the comforts one would expect such as good Wi-Fi (NBN), Smart TV with Netflix, Disney & Amazon Prime, Foxtel, Air-Conditioning & Ceiling Fans, a Sonos sound system, a kitchen to delight any chef and ample indoor and outdoor entertaining areas.

Guests are right in the heart of the action, only 5 minutes from Berry, 15 minutes from the beach, 3km from Silos Winery and we share the lane with Jaspers Wedding Venue. A day at the beach (Gerroa, Gerringong or 7-mile) is easily followed by lunch at one of the South Coast's amazing restaurants or enjoying a wine tasting before relaxing in your own private retreat. We are here to help with any and all recommendations, in-house chef requests and more.

Families of all ages love Jaspers Run from babies to teenagers! A long driveway perfect for riding bikes, ample lawns for games, board games, cubby house and slide, a quiet country lane, chickens and farm fresh eggs and a help yourself veggie garden and orchard.

Games shed: has 2x pool/snooker tables (a small one for children), darts board, foosball table, air-hockey, ping pong and a vintage arcade game machine boasting 500 of your favourite games including Mario Bros, 1943, Street Fighter II and more. The kids can enjoy games all day long and the big kids can test their skills as if they were a teenager again!

Foodies love Jaspers Run for its huge kitchen boasting everything one should need for a great country feast including a double oven, 2x dishwashers, a large BBQ and ample indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. The home has many food basics already available, too many to list here. We also have a Kamado Joe smoker which is more suited to the experienced user but we're happy to help if you wish to try (please give advanced notice or read up on its use). The inside dining table in the house is large and sits 12 guests easily or 14 guests with 2 persons at each end. Please note that 16 guests wouldn't fit. Outside we have 2x expandable Coco Republic tables with total seating for all guests.

Pet Policy: Jaspers Run is dog friendly and can accommodate mature dogs on request and with prior approval only. Please note there is inadequate fencing for dogs and horses/cattle on the property therefore care needs to be shown and the owners are not responsible in the event of injury. The home is not suited to young dogs/puppies due to the lack of fencing and internal flooring therefore only dogs 2 years of age or older.

Jaspers Eco Cottage (sleeps 4 and included with the house): JR now has a Cottage right next to the home, pool and orchard. Our Eco Cottage has been designed and styled to complement the home in every way. Boasting 2x luxurious King-sized bedrooms, each with a smart TV, Jaspers Cottage is perfect for additional adults seeking a little more privacy/solitude or even teenagers seeking a retreat. Comfy internal day beds and great views of the pool, veggie garden and paddocks. Jaspers Cottage contains a Smart TV, fridge, ceiling fans and whilst it has air-conditioning it must be used gently to conserve power as the power is generated from a solar and batter setup. Also, all air-conditioning, lights and electric devices must be switched off when not in use or guests step out.

A security hold, not a charge, will be placed on your credit card 48 hours prior to arrival. For this property, the security hold is two thousand dollars.
