El apartamento esta muy bien y la piscina comunitaria es excelente. Quizas al ser la Ășltima planta,tener un ventilador de techo en el dormitorio vendria genial para las noches mĂĄs calurosas. Cerca del mar y de establecimientos cotidianos para cualquier cosa que necesites.

Spring break

Located approximately 5 minutes' walk from the beach, La Isla is a pretty development with a huge pool and gardens. The apartment was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. It has a lovely terrace overlooking the pool with comfortable sunbeds and table and chairs for outdoor dining. The owner Michel was easily contactable and very helpful. Would recommend!

Het appartement is oud , moeilijk te verwarmen en daarmee niet comfortabel.Gen lift!Keukenuitrusting onvoldoende bijvoorbeeld geen snijplank.En bakpannen die niet geschikt zijn op een elektrische plaat.Pluspunt is de ligging met een balkon op het zuiden.

Great Location

Apartment is very nice with a new bathroom and kitchen in a great location. If I were to have one criticism, it would be that the bedroom lets it down a bit though as it's very dated and the linen and towels could do with updating. The only air con is in the lounge which doesn't reach the bedroom and there's no ceiling fan in there either. One side of the patio doors from the bedroom wouldn't open so we had to sleep in the lounge for the first couple of nights as it was too hot in the bedroom. We did report the door issue to the owner who promised to look into it but this didn't happen while we were staying there. This is only a small criticism though.

Een fijne plek. Fijn balkon met zicht op de binnentuin met zwembad. Het was er rustig. Loopafstand naar het strand. 5 a 10 min. over vlakke weg. Appartement is wel wat verouderd wb inrichting, voor ons pra!

Perfect location

Just returned from a lovely 2 week stay at Michel's apartment in La Isla. The apartment had everything we needed and was spacious with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The 2 terraces were perfect for lazing in the sun and enjoying meals and drinks al fresco, whilst taking in the lovely view of the pool and garden. Check in was easy and we were met outside by Luci. Despite our lack of Spanish we seemed to manage with a bit of sign language and pointing! My only suggestion on what could be improved would be that the bed linen was a bit tired and could do with being replaced. Thank you Michel, we would definately recommend and return in the future. Perfect appartement

Wij verbleven hier de hele maand februari. Wij vonden het appartement perfect. Zon op het terras van 's morgens ca 9 uur tot 's middags 5 uur begin februari en bijna 6 uur eind februari. Goede airco, waardoor we het 's avonds lekker warm hadden. Prima bedden. Het appartement is op de hoek en op de bovenste verdieping, waardoor je helemaal geen geluidsoverlast hebt. Het contact met Michel was perfect. Toen de tv kapot ging, stond er de volgende dag een nieuwe. Klein nadelig puntje is de verlichting: helder wit licht. geen sfeerverlichting.

Nice apartment near the beach

Helaas de enige week met slecht weer gehad en daardoor niet veel naar nabij gelegen strand kunnen gaan. In het appartement zit een mooie nieuw keuken en badkamer. Een aandachtspunt is de inbouwkast in de slaapkamer. Daar zou een deur in moeten of een gordijn. Maakt het rustiger in de kamer. En doe dezelfde hoeslakens om de 2 eenpersoonsmatrassen. Nu was er 1 wit en de ander had een geblokt blauw/wit hoeslaken. Verder was het appartement volledig en prettig.

UrbanizaciĂłn excelente

El apto es tal cual aparece en el anuncio. Limpieza perfecto. Muy bien equipado de todo. La piscina excepcional y la terraza fantåstica.. Lo que no me gustó son los 37 escalones para acceder y el acceso a la urbanización poco iluminado. El sofå cama para un adulto no para niño sii. Michel muy atento. Javea nos encanta.
