The lounge/dining room also has air conditioning and is spacious and bright leading out to a rear covered patio with seating and a small lawned garden, with direct access through the private gate into the communal gardens and pool area. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker and all that is needed to cater for 8 people comfortably. From the kitchen you have direct access to the large front terrace which is perfect for the alfresco dining and barbecue’s. Upstairs off the master bedroom which is ensuite you also have a rear open terrace with fabulous views over the pristine communal area, a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.
In the basement is a large garage with sufficient parking for two cars, which is accessible both internally and through electric gates externally.
Floridamar urbanisation boasts a stunning communal pool with children’s pool and separate Jacuzzi. There is also a gymnasium and heated saltwater indoor pool area.
The property is available for winter rentals and has the added benefit of underfloor heating for your comfort in the winter as well as hot air conditioning. The utility consumption is charged additionally to the prices advertised.

Home from Home
The location of the property is ideal, situated on a beautiful tree-lined street just a 5-minute walk to the port, 15-minute walk to the historic old town. The house itself is spacious, very well equipped and with access to well-maintained communal gardens and indoor and outdoor pools. Property Manager Jayne gave us a thorough welcoming handover and responded promptly to any questions and messages we sent her throughout our stay. All in all this was a home from home which we look forward to visiting again next year

Fun and sunshine
The villa was exactly as specified online so met our expectations. The only snag was that the air con didn’t work during our 10 day stay. As there are fans in the property we coped but at times it was uncomfortable. It would have been a more pleasant stay if it was cooler going in doors. We know javea well so were delighted with the location. Perfect for seeing all the areas and varying our stay. Hiring a car this time have ys more options. Would definitely recommend javea to others

Maison très fonctionnelles et reposante. La piscine permet de se détendre. Tout est accessible à pied, pas besoin de voiture. Une hôte disponible qui répond immédiatement. La maison est située dans un quartier calme à 5 min des restaurants, magasins,plage.Javéa est une ville très agréable pour passer des vacances en famille.

Traditioneel Spaans huis. Prima! Van alle gemakken voorzien, maar verwacht geen high-end inrichting. Privé terras aan voor- en achterzijde. Mooie gemeenschappelijke binnentuin met ruim zwembad. Centraal gelegen tussen oude binnenstad (ca. 15 min) en haven/boulevard (ca. 10 min) en supermarkten op ca. tien minuten loopafstand. Een aanrader!

Anfitriona perfecta, atenta a los detalles incluso nos permitió salir más tarde, la casa perfecta y tal como en el anuncio, como único inconveniente solo sería necesario el cambio de alguno de los colchones y el espacio en el parking ya que estaba lleno de cosas en desuso y solo cabía un coche bien .
