The apartment is located on the second line of the sea, a few meters from the Fontana canal, it is a very active and lively area in the summer months, as well as in winter. It is an apartment block with several community pools, a children's playground, green areas and underground parking.

It is an apartment with 3 rooms with air conditioning, one double with an ensuite bathroom and 2 rooms with single beds, which share a bathroom.
