LED TV in living room and master bedroom. Television ready for streaming your own suscription. A super apartment in an oasis of calm, with a beautiful pool surrounded by mature palm trees and just minutes from the hustle and bustle of the Arenal.

The perfect spot

This apartment was perfectly placed for the beach and all the restaurants and bars of the Arenal area. Throughout the interaction with the owners couldn’t have been better with explanations of all the facilities and helpful hints. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated and modern with the most efficient aircon we’ve ever experienced (perfectly quiet yet effective). All in all I’d certainly recommend and would stay again.

Great apartment in an ideal location

The apartment was in an excellent location close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was in very good order, well equipped and immaculately clean on our arrival. Although we normally hire a car when we visit Javea, on this occasion we did not as the location of the apartment made everything accessible on foot. Would definitely recommend.

Es war eher ein kalter April 2022

Keine Sonne auf dem Balkon, war etwas kĂŒhl in der Wohnung und konnten auch nicht wĂ€rmer machen und im Badezimmer kalt. Fernseher funktioniert nur mit Smartphon, da wir keins Besitzen, konnten wir nur spanisch sehen. Überwachungskamera ausser im Bad und Schlafzimmer, fĂŒhlten und beobachtet. Keine frische BettwĂ€sche vorhanden fĂŒr 3Wochen Urlaub. FĂŒr uns Preis nicht wert. Sind frĂŒher ins Hotel umgezogen als geplant. R. M.

JA. Aanrader 🎉🎉Fantastisch appartement en goed complex Nee Appartement met lift gehuurd maar lift sinds maart defect en nog steeds in reparatie. Het ontbreken van de lift niet vooraf gecommuniceerd met huurder.(slecht ter been)

Sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnung in StrandnÀhe

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit zwei Schlaf-und Badezimmern. Großer Balkon mit Blick auf den großen Pool und die schöne Gartenanlage. Das WiFi war leider sehr trĂ€ge. Die Apartmentanlage liegt direkt gegenĂŒber des schönen Arenal-Sandstrandes und ist fusslĂ€ufig zur Promenade mit Restaurants und GeschĂ€ften.
