Ideally located close to Javea with spectacular views of Montgo Mountain, Villa Estiu is a lovely villa with a spacious BBQ house and plenty of outside space. This charming 4 bedroom villa has a traditional Spanish feel throughout, creating a lovely countryside escape. There are a small selection of good restaurants nearby, with the centre of Javea Old Town and the sandy Arenal Beach just 15 minutes' drive away. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.
Villa Estiu is located in the countryside, less than a 10 minute drive from the charming Old Town of Javea. From the villa you’ll have fantastic views of the impressive Montgo Mountain. The beautiful Arenal area has an inviting sandy beach along with a long promenade with a host of bars, restaurants and shops, all within 15 minute drive from the villa. For more exploration, visit the nearby village of Gata, famous for its wicker making.
