The front lobby personnel made noises all night long. They gave me a room right next to the front lobby. They should have kept quiet especially knowing that I was staying in a room next to the front lobby.

I had a room with 2 queen beds that were super comfortable. The air conditioner worked great as did the microwave, TV, and Wi-Fi! I've stayed at this hotel several times and have never been disappointed!! It's budget and pet friendly.... They even have a little dog park for your fur babies and didn't charge extra. When I have to be in the area, I stay in Jay!

Terrible customer service. Everything is run down and the person working the front desk is rude and has the communication skills of a toddler. When you asked questions all he would do was point at signs posted around the office. I would recommend that anyone wanting to stay in the area to just drive an extra 15 miles and stay in Grove

The motel was fine for our stay. We needed a place to sleep with our small dog so she could go potty outside without needing stairs, and was an easy access to the highway to in-laws house. The room was clean, nice and cool or warm when the weather changed and very nice and quiet. Nothing special but we just needed a place to sleep at nice. the young man at reception was nice at check in and we had no problems the 2 nights we stayed there. I would say, do not allow your children to use the remote, the cable needs to be limited in the higher numbers. Not that you can use them without paying , but the channels available would not be ones I would want my grandchildren to be able to read.
