Très déçu du comportement du staff
Publié le 27 avr. 2023 sur HotelsLa femme à l’accueil n’était pas très aimable et nous a presque obligé à prendre un lit en plus moyennant supplément. Or la réservation était bien pour 2 adultes et 3 enflants. Nous avons attendu 1:30 avant qu’on nous donne une chambre.
Aussi, malgré le fait que le petit déjeuner était inclus pour tout le monde, nous avons du payer pour un des 3 enfants ce qui n’était pas spécifié sur notre réservation Hôtels.com nous souhaitons se faire rembourser
