The property was as depicted on the website and the property manager, Jekyll Realty, was excellent. The neighborhood was very quiet and the backyard was beautiful. The Jekyll room on the back of the house was pretty.

Return to Cottage stays

I’ve been coming to Jekyll my entire life. As a child our family always rented a cottage. As an adult I moved away from that form of lodging on Jekyll. This trip I wanted to return to my childhood and stay in a cottage. So worth it. Ga Tabby made a great base of operations for our weekend getaway. Plenty of room and so many ways to relax. I highly recommend Ga Tabby. I will stay there again.

Perfect Location!

This home has the perfect location! You’re A 2 minute drive from the Ocean, and a few more to restaurants and activities. We saw deer every morning, afternoon and daily from the beautiful sunroom in the back. My kids (9,6 and 3) want to move into this home they loved it so much. There is a gas bbq grill. I wish that was on the listing, as we would’ve come prepared to use it. I said 4 stars for cleanliness because it is a pet friendly rental- and there was a bit of pet hair let behind. Otherwise all items were addressed with Jekyll Reality, and they’re very responsive.

Excellent stay. Excellent value.

The location was super and the property super clean. The pictures online don’t do it justice. Perfect for a family and an easy walk to the beach. Lots of deer and a turtle visited us during our stay. Only drawbacks. Check in isn’t until 4 almost 5 and the day is really gone. So caused issues for us in enjoying our first day there. Realty company who manages it wasn’t helpful in getting us in there any earlier. But we loved our stay once we were in.

We enjoyed this rental house very much. The furnishings were very up to date and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking in the evenings down to the beach access.

The property was amazing, very economical. The only thing is you really need to update your pictures online because the flooring that’s in there is so much smarter than the carpet that they had in there originally. I had booked with the anticipation of having a pet visiting us. But due to the hurricane that couple didn’t show up. And after we were done with the weekend I told the management company and they removed it from my bill. After the fact. That is absolute customer service . I’ll be back in October
