We could tell it was a pet friendly house by the ripped and duct taped couch. Also the feces stained rug in the bedroom. Blinds are broken in both bedrooms. Hair dryer was missing. Dirty dishes in the cabinet. Stove , dishwasher and washing machine were difficult to use. And it needs a deep clean !! We noticed red ants in the bathroom and wormy bugs in sunroom. A/C working well

Home Away From Home

The kids just love it, as there is an large fenced in backyard to run in and such a spacious sunroom. It's a quick walk to the beach, peaceful and quiet in the evenings, and has up-to-date appliances. We've become fond of this darling home and will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general, the house was great for us because we had two dogs, and the fenced yard worked very well. The house paint is showing some wear around the edges like on the kitchen cupboards and other woodwork in the house. The kitchen cupboards were fairly dirty inside. The major issue I had was with the master bed which was very old and much too soft and I ended up with a back problem. The king mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced immediately. The other mattresses seemed acceptable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time we rented from Parker Kaufman. The 2nd day the air wasn't working, they had someone there that afternoon. In the middle of the week, one of the breakers blew. We didn't have access to the breaker box, they had someone out there in 30 minutes. Very responsive!House was great!
