Welcome to Moorings 104, a beautiful 3-bedroom condo offering peaceful marsh views and a relaxing coastal escape on Jekyll Island. Perfectly situated for both comfort and convenience, this inviting retreat is ideal for families or small groups looking to enjoy the beach, bike trails, and island wildlife.

Start your mornings on the screened balcony, where you can take in stunning sunrises over the marsh while watching local wildlife in its natural habitat. Inside, the condo features a cozy yet modern living room with plush furnishings and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of island adventures.

The open-concept kitchen makes meal preparation easy while keeping everyone connected, with a dining table that seats six plus additional seating at the breakfast bar. Whether cooking a family meal or enjoying takeout, the layout is designed for comfort and togetherness.

Moorings 104 offers three well-appointed bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a king bed, TV, and private ensuite bathroom with double vanity. The second bedroom serves as an additional suite with a queen bed, smart TV, and private bathroom. The third bedroom also features a queen bed and smart TV, with access to a nearby full bathroom. A pullout sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping space, and a full-size washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Guests will enjoy access to the community saltwater pool—an excellent alternative to the beach, which is just a short 10-minute walk, bike ride, or drive away. Jekyll Island’s extensive 24-mile bike path system and multiple public beach access points make exploring the island easy and enjoyable.

An elevator is available in the complex for easy luggage transport, with the condo located on the first floor above ground-level parking.

quiet, clean, spacious with some lovely thoughtful details, such as sun shades for the screened in back balcony and a well equipped kitchen. the pool was close and very nice. would stay again for sure.

Loved Moorings 104

Our family loved our stay at the Moorings 104. The condo has a great layout, is beautifully furnished and really comfortable. There’s a restaurant within walking distance and everything else on Jekyll is only a short drive. Highly recommend

Everything was amazing!

We had an incredible time at this serene condo! The place was spotless, peaceful, and perfect for our family's getaway. The kids adored the pool and discovering the surroundings. We loved this cozy haven for exploring Jekyll Island and St. Simons. It was just minutes away from the thrilling Summer Waves water park, which was a hit with the whole family. We can't wait to return and wholeheartedly recommend this amazing place!

Great Condo, Well Stocked

Great Condo, good layout, and well stocked with essentials even for an infant. There was already a Pack-N-Play and a high chair with a feeding tray that we weren't expecting (we brought our own). Close enough to the beach for the price. Good pool and restaurant in walking distance. We had a great time!

Incredible Unit

We stayed at the Moorings for a conference held at Jekyll Island. This unit layout could not have been any more perfect. All rooms and areas are spacious and very well decorated. We will definitely be back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was good overall, but the elevator was broke during our entire stay which caused a lot of inconvenience. The condo was large and well kept and very beautiful. For added comfort, I suggest adding ottomans for those sitting on the couch.
