Birthday weekend
Publié le 14 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe loved this place. There is a full size living area upstairs. King size bed, bunk bed, very nice bathroom, living room with TV, and a full size kitchen. There is one baby gate for the stairs and one high chair as well. If you have small children or people that dont know how to swim. Please be aware that there isn't any safety around the swimming pool. The main floor. Has a very nice layout. I just wished it had a half bathroom somewhere else in the main house. There is only 2 bathroom in the main house. One is in the master bedroom. And the other is for the three other bedrooms to share. There is a few things that needed fixing in this house. This house has alot of doors. I would love to see a few things change to this house. But overall its a very nice house. We would definitely stay again. We stay the weekend of 11-10-2023 until 11-12-2023. It did cost alot of money for this house. But we was all together. And it was like having two houses in one.

Spacious!

Disappointed.
Publié le 17 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayPros: the number of rooms, layout and location of the house is great. The property manager was on point very responsive with anything they could do to address our complaints. The beds/sheets were clean and comfortable.
Cons: the house has a musty/moldy smell that was very unpleasant and borderline unbearable. The property manager explained that it might be because of a recent storm and I don’t remember other reviews mentioning it so this might be the case. For us, however, it was enough to where we didn’t want to spend time at the house. When we opened the dishwasher a horrible sewer smell came out and we came across roaches and spiders as well. Again, maybe due to storm? It was just very disappointing due to the amount of $$ we were paying for our stay. The pool and surrounding areas were also very dirty upon our arrival. With that said, the property manager addressed our complaint immediately and had someone come clean it up. The pool floor still had a lot of debris so we opted not to use it. Overall, we were a group of 6 girlfriends that hadn’t seen each other in 7 years so we chose to not let all this ruin our weekend - but it was pretty bad.

Loved Charlottes Chateau!!

Comfortable accommodations - did I mention the Pool - so awesome spent many hours with our group swimming splashing and making the best memories- lots to do and see in the area. Beach is super close. Highly recommend this place and Jess the host was very attentive.

The Extra area upstairs worked out perfect for our family everyone had their own space. Communication with the owner and the property manager were very prompt. We will definitely stay again here.

Felt like home….only better
Publié le 10 août 2023 sur HomeAwaySo roomy, so comfortable; but unlike home, steps from the beach. Perfect beach decor. Our family hated to leave. Definitely will make this a repeat very soon! Thanks to the Youngbloods for providing this excellent accommodation.

A Memorable Stay!
Publié le 26 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy family of 12 had an absolute blast at our stay. The location was perfect, and the homes temperature and amenities exceeded our expectations. The pool was an amazing highlight. The hosts' hospitality and communication was top notch in case we needed any extra attention anywhere. The statement of the parking situation fitting 10 cars might be a bit of a stretch though. It felt tight with 4 cars and a rented golf cart. However, I loved that there were bikes provided to ride and the washer & dryer was available. Comfy beds and plenty of space. There's no doubt that this rental home would be our top choice if we visit again.
