Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
BEDS: 1 King (downstairs), 1 Queen and 2 Twins (2nd floor); 1 Queen over garage.
NO SMOKING; NO PETS.
PARKING FOR 2 VEHICLES ONLY.
Ocean Oaks has two private beach access points and a community pool.

Perfect island get away
This property is so nice. It had an upgraded feel. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. There is plenty of room in and outside! If you’re on the fence about his rental just say yes!!
