The staff is very friendly and sends you messages to check in with you to see how you are enjoying your stay. It is within easy walking distance to the beach. This was our second time staying there and we will definitely be returning.

Great service with a smile and they really take the extra steps to make it a luxurious experience. The lack of the shaded canopy’s on the green as advertised was disappointing but otherwise just as shown in the photos.

I did not stay at this location my reservation was supposed to be for June 30th. So I’m unsure as to why I’m being asked about my stay when it hasn’t taken place ? But I have already paid for this trip so I’m very worried now and praying that this is a misunderstanding and accidentally sent out to soon

Hi Dean, Your reservation was made on June 9th for arrival on June 23rd to stay one night. We sent a prearrival email to you via your Expedia account on June 13th which was successfully delivered at 3.50pm EST. On the scheduled arrival day, we sent a text message to the number associated with your Expedia reservation to let you know the room was ready for check in at 3.33pm EST, we sent instructions for late arrival when you had not arrived by 10.14pm and we also sent the express check out instructions too. We did not receive any response to any of our attempts to reach out to you, which is not uncommon. The room was reported as a No Show reservation to Expedia. We always recommend checking the details on your third party reservations carefully when they send your confirmation so that errors can be caught when there is still time to remedy them. Unfortunately, after the fact there is not much that can be done to correct a mistake like that which is out with the control of the hotel.Kind Regards,Mel

This is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are really nice, the pool is well maintained and it's just across the dunes from a very clean beach. The room was clean and smelled nice. There's sodas and water in the fridge; no additional cost. William, the desk clerk was amazing friendly and helpful. Great place!
