The Palm is THE vacation home you've been waiting on!



This beautiful renovated 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse-style duplex has everything you need.



The home is a quick 5 minute stroll to direct beach access. It has views of the 13th green of the golf course!



Inside you are greeted by a comfy living room, chef's kitchen and a game room that has foosball and Connect 5. When you head upstairs you have three comfortable, stylishly-decorated bedrooms. Both full bathrooms are upstairs and one half bathroom is downstairs.



Each bedroom has a smart TV for you to stream your favorite programs. There is also high speed wireless internet.



The backyard is fully fenced in with a privacy fence separating it from the other half of the duplex so you don't share the yard with anyone. You have lots of space to enjoy the natural beauty, light up the firepit and barbeque on the propane grill. This home is pet-friendly so please bring your fur babies to enjoy island time with you!



We also offer a free pool pass to enjoy the pool at the Holiday Inn. You also have access to some fitness amenities at Holiday Inn such as water aerobics, yoga, etc.



Please note Jekyll Island is a state park and as part of conservation, there is a $10 per day parking fee collected at the time you enter the island. You can pay by cash or credit card.



If your stay is 3-21 nights, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night.



Please note:



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



There is a $100 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Guest Access:

This home is accessible through an electronic lock for easy access!



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $170 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
