Totally fit our needs.

We were happy with the location of the rental - close walk to the beach and a quiet neighborhood. The property was clean, well maintained, casual and welcoming. We enjoyed being able to use the garage to store beach equipment. The backyard was nice. The outside shower and water hose were handy for sand cleanup. The floor plan was great. The beds were comfortable. Our stay was very enjoyable. We would recommend the vacation rental.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a VRBO cottage in Jekyll Island, GA, and it exceeded all my expectations! The cottage was a charming, cozy haven that provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The location was unbeatable - nestled amidst the serene beauty of Jekyll Island, just a stone's throw away from the beach. We were treated to stunning sunsets and peaceful morning walks along the shore. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The cottage was spotless, and they had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. In summary, our stay at this VRBO cottage on Jekyll Island was a memorable experience. It's the perfect place to unwind, enjoy nature, and create lasting memories. I would highly recommend this charming cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful escape. We can't wait to return!

Great Location

This home is in a great location. We really enjoyed how close it was to the beach. As a family that enjoys cooking when renting houses, I recommend adding new kitchen pots and pans. They are very old, and we had a hard time with what was available for us to use. We tried communicating with the host during our stay and even after to let them know about a few issues and never received a response. The house could really use a deep clean but overall we enjoyed the location and made the best of our stay.

Great location, house fit to all our family with pets

We stayed in this house for the second time and will come back again, hopefully not one time. It fits our needs perfectly and the location is just perfect too - even with high tides you may still start walking from your steps towards the town center. I also noticed little improvements and new things, that makes it feel that property is constantly supervised and maintained. The little downside was the odor in a house just when we arrived. It might be that the other dog's urine didn't clean well. Overall house would benefit of a more thorough cleaning - of baseboards, some doors, venting grids and floors. Everything else is quite fine. House has everything that you need, except linen, soap and towels, which is quite all right to have your own.

Very nice cottage

We had a wonderful time on Jekyll. The cottage was very spacious and fully equipped. We liked the fenced backyard and being able to bring our dogs. We enjoyed the pool privilege and the proximity to the beach. The house could have been a little cleaner in the master bathroom and on the porches and porch furniture. Overall, it was perfect for us.

Nice and clean close to beach

House was clean, everything worked, easy walk to beach. Ping pong table in garage was a bonus on rainy days. Bring liquid hand soap as none available on the island!
