Villa Radovani with private pool – Seafront Villa in the Heart of Jelsa, Hvar

Villa Radovani is a beautiful seafront villa located directly on the promenade in the very heart of Jelsa, on the island of Hvar. Although situated in a pedestrian zone, the villa enjoys a quiet and private setting while being just steps away from restaurants, cafés and shops.

The main entrance leads to the first floor, where guests will find a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living area, a hallway leads to three comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and sea views.
The master bedroom also offers a private balcony with a panoramic view over the entire bay, a double bed and an additional sofa that can accommodate a seventh guest if needed.

The ground floor, accessible by stairs or through a separate entrance, opens to the private swimming pool area. This level includes an outdoor summer kitchen with a barbecue, a guest toilet, and direct access to the terrace. From here, stairs lead up to a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea. The terrace is partially shaded with umbrellas, providing a pleasant retreat during sunny days.

One of the villa’s unique features is its direct waterfront location. The terrace is positioned right above the sea, with the popular Mojito cocktail bar located just below, allowing guests to enjoy cocktails either on their private terrace or at the bar.

The villa is located in a pedestrian zone; however, guests arriving by car are provided with a special access card to unload luggage directly in front of the house. A public parking area is located less than 100 meters from the property.

Had a wonderful time at this property, especially enjoyed the outdoor pool area where we (4 adults) spent most of our time. There are quite a lot of steps up to the apt so not the best if you have mobility issues. Otherwise a beautiful place to stay in a beautiful town. We’ll be back!

Amazing stay!

We loved this property. The Villa was modern and very spacious- the photos don’t do it justice. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace - the views were amazing. The pool was a real bonus. Unfortunately it was too hot to use the outdoor kitchen and bbq area but it was most useful to have a fridge and cutlery etc to use on the terrace, especially as it’s not connected to the main house. I would thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful property in Jelsa

Comfortable, spacious lodging with a large patio overlooking the scenic Jelsa Harbor. A full outdoor kitchen under the patio makes it easy to have breakfast and afternoon appetizers there. It is also perfect for an evening glass of wine. The restaurant below the patio also graciously brought delivered our meals! The host, Vesna, was very responsive and informative about the local area. This was a perfect spot for a 4 day stay.

Idyllic Island Retreat

We were looking for a couple of days of relaxation during a fast-paced two week trip. This was perfect. We had most of meals on the rooftop terrance and the bar, and restaurant below was happy to deliver drinks and meals. Marina, the owner, added many special touches to our stay.

Great characterful apartment in a fantastic location

The apartment is extremely spacious and all the bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and there was an extensive information pack. Vesna and her family greeted us and made us feel extremely welcome. They were so friendly and helpful for the whole duration of our stay. Separate to the apartment was the private outdoor space. This space really makes the accommodation even more special. The pool was clean and perfect temperature. The terrace had amazing views over Jelsa and this was made even better with a fantastic outdoor kitchen. Apart from sleeping, we pretty much lived in the outdoor area because it was so great. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Wonderful 3 day visit to Jelsa

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at the Villa in Jelsa! The rooms were well appointed, the beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed right at our finger tips! The owner Vesna was there to greet us, gave us an extensive tour of the place, and made herself available should we need assistance. Marina, the property manager answered questions before and during the trip, arranged transfers, provided us with a tour guide, Barbara, who was amazing! Barbara even organized our private boat charter for our day on the water Marina and Barbara were available immediately with answers to questions during our entire stay! Marina arranged for our driver during our visit, Niksa, who became our new friend and gave us his own wine to take home!! The house was beautiful! The views from the terrace with private pool were unmatched!! The proximity to Mojito Bar and great dining, which can be taken back for alfresco dining, was super convenient. The little town of Jelsa is so charming, and everyone so nice and helpful! We would definitely come back and we really enjoyed our time in Jelsa thanks to this great find!

Amazing find in Jelsa!

The property is accurately portrayed on the listing but if anything undersells what an amazing location it is within the small Jelsa harbour. The absolute best part is the large outdoor deck overlooking the marina with 2 giant shades that keep the sun off. We spent much of our time out there. The house itself is large & airy and ideal for a family or couples travelling together. We were there in early May, the town was not busy and the mohito bar directly below the property was not yet open for the season but we could see how that might be quite loud during the summer high season. We would recommend this property highly.

A beautiful apartment right by the marina with access to a large equipped terrace and swimming pool. Everything you could want was provided. Marina host so helpful and replied almost immediately to any questions.

Amazing Villa

We loved this villa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It was great having our own private pool, but the best thing about it was the terrace. The view is amazing and we enjoyed watching the activity in the harbor so much that we never wanted to leave it! Plus it's of course an easy walk to everything. We loved Jelsa and I can't imagine a better place to enjoy Jelsa than here!

Perfect place to stay!

This was our favorite place we've ever stayed. It was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless when we arrived. She host even made us fresh Croatian coffee when we got there. We had a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us, too. If you rent a car (which is recommended if you will be traveling anywhere outside of Jelsa), there is a place to park at the house. Any questions I had were answered very quickly from the host (like how to use the washing machine). If we go back we would only stay here again. Loved having our own private pool and beautiful terrace overlooking the water and city. This place was amazing!
