The staff are friendly and polite, which is appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Breakfast is extremely limited — only muffins are provided, with no milk for the oats and not even basic items like bread. Room service is below standard, as the rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis. The location is also not very convenient or appealing. Very very poor experience

Unclean room at move-in with no housekeeping for a whole week. Faulty lighting (had no lighting in the bathroom for the whole weekend since they have no maintenance during weekends and a faulty AC that won’t work and a fridge that rattled all night) Staff is non responsive and irresponsible and will not help. Smelly rooms with old, breaking furniture and appliances. They pass the smallest sofa as a make-shift bed, that can barely fit a 5 yr old.

Properly not maintained at all, carpets, rooms, appliances, bathrooms all in disrepair. The TV was non-functional and the front desk asked customer to call and have it fixed...I was asked essentially to repair things for the property. Bath towels were overused, and no longer comfortable to use. Worse of all was the horrid odor in the rooms, that didnt vent even with open windows and running fan. Saving grace for the hotel, its staff was good, accommodating and understanding, and the proximity to NYC NJ Transit was optimal, and low cost to transit to NY. If you have a choice, recommended paying a bit more and staying at the 15 different hotels nearby. This hotel is cheap, and the accommodations in room are reflective of the price paid.

Filthy and worn out

This hotel is the filthy. Very badly worn out and cleaning is a disaster. Get another around as the location is convenient for Manhattan but do not go there.

Please stay away from this terrible horrible place

When I checked IN, the front staff said, my reservation was cancelled since I did not show up at 3 pm. After 45 minutes her browsing the system gave a room with 2 queen bed and said I have to come by 7 am to speak to the manager since I am a walk in. At around 4 am in the morning continuous calls to my room to vacate immediately since the room that she provided was already reserved by someone. A crap systm they have that doe not evn show up the vaccant and booked rooms. This time one more horrible indecent staff joined together in the front office and was yelling. This time they found out my original room and allotted the old, reserved king room. But I ended up paying twice for the same room. One thru Hotels, Com and the other at the front desk. The rooms were uncleaned; towels and bedsheets are dirty to the core with stains. Please don't ever go to this Extended Stat please.

Nice check in attendant (male) and location

We were in town for my mother n laws funeral. It was kind of last minute and it was the weekend before Labor Day, so everything was over priced. We picked up and found this property and went with it. The location was great, everything is near, you don’t have to go far for anything. Whether it be food, Walmart etc. When we checked in the gentlemen was really really nice and attentive. He made small talk, and was able to get us checked in early, which was GREAT! So, this review has nothing to do with him, because he had great customer service! To start, the hotel is DATED! There needs to be a renovation ASAP! But the thing that I really wanted to say about this stay which wasn’t horrible, but I feel that the hotel staff could have been more accommodating. We had ants! Thank GOD it wasn’t roaches or bed bugs, but geesh! My son that was on the pull out noticed them crawling on the pull out. Then my other son that was sleeping in the bed beside my husband and I saw them too. They were on his bed. Called to front desk and was told there was NOTHING they could do about it, and that they could not change the room. Which, I wasn’t asking for that. Basically all I wanted was a, “I’m so sorry, let’s see what we can do.” Or maybe, “whatever the cost for bug spray that you spend, we can reimburse!” I got neither response. I was left to deal with the any problem myself. Went to Walmart got ant spray. Just an inconvenience. I’d never stay there again!
