Would not stay here again…Breakfast was served in brown bags with a muffin, granola bar and orange juice…I saw a roach on the wall and the carpet was dirty in the hallways…the beds was comfortable

When we got there someone was still in the room. Had an argument with front desk, they stated no one was inside, yet the latch was on, where you can only close by inside. Smelled really bad, dirty, outdated, broken drawers.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness. The rooms were not well-kept, and the bathrooms were definitely not up to standard. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which I did appreciate. However, I would caution future guests not to come with high expectations. While the service was nice, the condition of the facilities needs major improvement.

Stay away from this hotel. Sick.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The hotel is filthy, and the carpet is old. Room size is ok but not great condition. its also by the industrial area. The bathroom did not have proper showering shampoo, soap etc. we went to the store to get those. Breakfast is a joke. They will ask how many and hand over an old muffin and an orange juice bottle. There was no warm food, and items were not fresh. We threw away those and decided to get our own breakfast. We planned for an 11-day stay, but had to cancel the reservation in 2 days. We moved to another location which was great. Overall, I did not want to spend time writing this review but thought of sharing with people who would think twice before making a reservation.

The pictures are misleading. The property is in dire need of remodeling, possibly even demolition. I considered booking another room at the much nicer-looking hotel that shares the parking lot for my daughter and me, but I couldn't afford to lose out on the $140 I already spent to stay here and pay another $200 for another room. P.S. I very rarely leave reviews this bad! I do so that other parents with young children won't feel stuck the way I did!!
