The host did a great job communicating throughout my entire booking and stay — very responsive and helpful. The home was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, it didn’t feel quite as cozy as it appeared in the photos. Some areas could be more functional — for example, the bathrooms had an odd layout and could use shelving for toiletries, and the beds weren’t very comfortable.Parking was also a challenge. While the host did mention that street sweeping would occur, I think having access to the garage or driveway would’ve made the stay more convenient, especially for paying guests.Overall, I’d rate the home a 7.5/10. It’s a nice place with great communication from the host, but there’s room for improvement in comfort and convenience.

Nice stay overall, home was nice and clean (exactly as pictured) beds were comfortable and host was responsive. To access entry, you must walk through small alleyway on side of the home newr garbage cans to enter through the backyard - a little scary at night. Otherwise, good stay!

Just What We Needed

Perfect stay for our New Years Run with access to NYC via PATH. Host responded to all questions and requests. Clean, spacious, and well equipped property. Also huge garage which is a big saver for parking. Easy walk to delis and restaurants about 0.3 miles away

Super Wohnung mit Skylineblick

John war ein toller Gastgeber, wir haben die große saubere Wohnung mit Skylineblick sehr genossen. Alles was man braucht war in der Küche neu vorhanden. Toll waren auch die zwei Bäder.Mit der Lightrail und dem Pathtrain ist man schnell in Manhattan.
