The hotel is beautiful, and the accommodations are comfortable and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout the stay. The food selection and quality were outstanding as well!

Rudeness beyond worlds.

The hotel is a lovely looking hotel & space but believe me for a 5 star hotel the service & communal area were overwhelming with rudeness, abrupt or clueless staff, mess all around n the floors in the Lounge & at breakfast. Guest were super gluttonous & left so much food is was very upsetting. Starving people in the world & no one seemed to care.

Terrible food (full board Fri-Sat). My public high-school cafeteria was tastier by far. In many ways the Inbal is like a 2-star operation taking over a 5-star establishment. If you stay here, eat elsewhere (and bring your own reading light for the room).
