Georgia on My Mind Coastal farmhouse on 190 acres for total privacy - sleeps 12

"Georgia on My Mind" is a peaceful retreat, consisting of a beautiful main house with an attached pool house. Nestled among 250-year-old live oak trees and long-leaf pines, our property boasts two large ponds. Only four miles from beautiful, downtown Jesup, guests will enjoy total privacy on our 190-acre farm with a security gate. The main house provides two master bedrooms downstairs with king beds and walk in closets in each. One of the master bedrooms has a stone fireplace with gas logs. Two guest rooms are upstairs...one with a queen bed and one with two twins. All bedrooms in the main house have en-suite bathrooms. A state of the art kitchen provides everything you would need to make special meals during your stay. The kitchen table has seating for seven people. There is a half-bath downstairs and a laundry room. The living room has a 23-foot cathedral ceiling of pecky cypress and floor to ceiling windows for a beautiful view of the pond. A large, stone fireplace with gas logs is perfect for those fall and winter evenings. A spiral staircase leads guests up to a an open-air loft that is perfect for enjoying a good book. The pool house downstairs consists of a full kitchen, laundry room and full bathroom. The kitchen has seating for ten people. Upstairs, there is a complete living room with pool table, two bedrooms with queen beds in each, and a full bathroom that both rooms share. The backyard provides hours of entertainment with a pool, a covered patio, and a beach area with white sand. Our home also has a large deck for relaxing and sunbathing with four chaise loungers and a dining table with seating for six. Corn hole boards, pool floats and a paddle board with life jackets (life jackets are mandatory when paddleboarding in the pond) are provided for your use. Guests can relax on the two large, floating mats in the pond. Guests can fish in both ponds and enjoy nature walks on the property. An in-ground basketball goal over a paved driveway makes for hours of fun family time.

***We do allow events such as small weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, family reunions etc..
Events require prior approval with the host. If a guest holds an event without approval and also paying the event fee, they can face immediate eviction and loss of all monies paid.
Event pricing is as follows:
Up to 50 guests - $750
50-75 guests -$1500
75-100 guests -$2000

This fee includes tables and chairs for guests.

All events must end by 11pm.

*No open flame candles, sparklers or fireworks are permitted on the property.
