Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, they went over and above!! Location is excellent and convenient, quiet and relaxing!!

Nice but can improve

The best part was the staff members at the front desk. The ladies were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Also, the size of the room was great amd breakfast options too! The worst part was that there was no kids club open as it was under construction and they had no substitute for kids activities at all. The people cleaning the rooms didn't do a great job. The shower clearly had grime on the edges. And they wouldn't swipe the balcony floor or wipe tables either.

The room was spacious, with comfortable bed and soft sheets! Staff were always attentive and polite, and on several occasions went over and above! Wished we could have stayed longer.

Had an amazing stay at The Royal Tulip Springhill Resort at Jimbaran! It was the perfect place to rest while we spent the day doing tours and sightseeing. Very friendly staff, a beautiful room and lovely facilities

This property is overall okay if you plan to stay at the resort with family at the pool. Breakfast is ok. My family suite had mold in the bathroom ceiling and walls. The towels were old and stained. At least 15-30 minutes to any beach. There are two roads that you can drive to arrive at the hotel, one of the roads are in really bad shape. Nice restaurant/day club called locca near by. Did not enjoy my stay and unfortunately it was my last stop on the trip so was hoping for a nice ending.
