Property is run down and dirty. Bed sheets were filthy with stains all over doona covers. The WiFi was non existent.

We specifically were after a budget accommodation for the snow. Our room was clean, quiet, central to shops etc and suited that application perfectly.

Convenient and quiet location. Comfortable beds and newly renovated bathrooms. Communal microwave oven in dining room and drying room for snow sports gear. Large dining area but no breakfast and limited options for dinner and the only accepted method of payment was PayID. The cleaning staff need to pay attention to detail. Cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling, dust build up behind and under the beds and soap scum build up in the tile grout in bathroom was disappointing. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying again.

It’s cheap, so I guess you shouldn’t expect quality!!! Lacking in maintenance, curtains falling off, aircon needed a clean, causing an asthma attack for my husband.

This property is in a great location for getting to the ski resorts and into town. It has a drying room for ski gear. Check in and out are done without interacting with staff but is quick and easy. However, the rooms are not very soundproof and the bed linen was dirty. It would also be useful if the room had a microwave and/or toaster

The room condition was below average , old carpet , poorly maintained and unclean bathroom Poor Internet connections - when asked why they said there are too many visitors in Jindabyne yet the hotel was half full . Poor customer service
