Have stayed previously in the downstairs unit and love the extra wide hallway and laundry set up in these units. Drying rack and heater set up in hallway along with storage for boots and skis. The electric heating was ample and we only needed to use the air con unit for about an hour after returning home each evening. Kitchen was well equipped. The only disappointment was that the spa did not seem to be working. Good set up for two couples as you can completely close off the bathroom and bedroom from the living areas at night. Parking was only a few steps from the door which is great when you are lugging ski boots.

Pretty good
Pretty good place. Location was fine, the apartment reasonably well appointed, pick up and drop off of key was easy, close parking. A few annoying things: insufficient heating, not quite clean enough and no facilities to dry wet ski gear.

Good place overall
Quality unit with quality appliances. Good range of inclusions. Internal laundry and undercover parking. Comfortable lounge. Plenty of hot water. Good location, across the road from a trail around the lake and not far from the original Jindabyne centre.
Looked really clean but long hairs kept appearing on the bathroom floor (we both have short hair) obviously brought in from elsewhere in the unit. Air con only efficient with lounge doors closed and had to be turned off at 11pm. I stay up late and supplementary oil heating didn't cope. Small or large oil heater in the bedroom hardly made a difference. Bed too low and ok but not hugely comfortable.
Overall, unit was good, heating could be improved.

this is my second stay.. I was happy with first stay that`s why I chose cobb & co 3 for second time as well
