O quarto que fiquei era péssimo! A cama +ou-, tv pequena e sem acesso a internet, o ar condicionado pinga dentro do quarto a noite toda! O banheiro, só Jesus na causa! O box e de cortina PVC, molha tudo! O chuveiro quase não saí água 👎. Agora, o café da manhã é ótimo! Muito bom! O atendimento das meninas da cozinha, show. Pra ir com criança é maravilhoso, pois tem muitas picinas, toboáguas, e a praia logo ali. Pertinho de tudo.

Torcendo pela evolução desse Hotel

O hotel possui uma boa estrutura física, mas precisa de atualização ergônomica e paisagística se pretende se manter como atrativo dentre os demais hoteis do lugar. Os funcionários atuais precisam ser bem remunerados, não sei se o são, e bem treinados, mesmo sendo bem atenciosos no que podiam. E há a necessidade clara de mais profissionais que tratem de manter a organização, o atendimento e o conforto do lugar. Contudo torço pela evolução desse hotel, gostaria de num futuro que fosse breve de voltar lá, mas hoje não repetiria a estadia.

A estrutura exterior do hotel é boa, porém deixa a desejar no conforto dos quartos e também na estrutura dos mesmos. Não gostamos do atendimento por parte dos funcionários. Logo na chegada fomos informados que seriamos realocados em outra pousada, pois o quarto que reservamos 6 meses antes, estava com o ar condicionado quebrado, mas para nossa sorte a pousada em que disponibilizaram para nós era recém construída e estava em ótima conservação. Amigos meus que ficaram no Beach Hotel Jacumã odiaram a hospedagem, reclamaram muito do quarto e da conservação do hotel, relataram que a água do quarto tinha odor de ferrugem

O hotel tá destruído, as fotos com certeza, são antigas. A água é de péssima qualidade e tem um odor forte. Tívemos que trocar de quarto várias vezes para conseguir um ar condicionado funcionando bem.

Primeiro que falaram que tinha um parque aquático e no dia não estava funcionando. Os quartos de péssima qualidade um cheiro de mofo. Solicitei a troca de hotel que de prontidão fui atendido e me transferiram para o Jacuma Lodge Hotel. Fiquei satisfeito.
