Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 200 m² house with mountain views in Joch, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 300 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
Access to the property is via an outside staircase leading directly to the kitchen (1st photo).
On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- A kitchen with mountain views, equipped with including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A dining room with access to the terrace
- Two lounges with TV and sofas a few steps down from the dining room.
On the ground floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190)
- A shower room with shower and WC
- Shower room with shower
- Separate WC
Above the living room :
- Bedroom 4 on the mezzanine: with a bunk bed (2 single beds) and two single beds (90×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 300 m² enclosed garden with swing, tables and deckchairs
- A 25 m² north-facing terrace (accessible from the dining room) with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Joch, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
