Todella siisti asunto ja hyvÀllÀ paikalla. Autonkin sai melkein oven eteen ja parkkipaikkoja riitti kadunvarressa. HyvÀt kalusteet, keittiössÀ kaikki tarpeellinen. SÀngyt saa erikoiskiitoksen, tosi hyvÀt nukkua ja tarpeeksi leveÀ. Ainoa mistÀ en pitÀnyt oli suihkuverho joka takertui aina kiinni. On niin pieni suihkunurkka.

Toimiva kaupunkiasunto

Asunto mukavan tilava, siisteys perushyvÀ, mutta sÀngyt ja sohvan kangaspinnat tulisi puhdistaa paremmin kuin myös keittiön nurkkaukset, jotta asunto olisi puhtaan oloinen saavuttaessa. LisÀksi makuuhuoneeseen olisi ollut parempi parisÀnky, nyt huoneistossa 4 erillissÀnkyÀ. Sijainti kiva, lÀhellÀ keskustaa, nurkan takana kauppa 23 auki, kirjautuminen helppoa - kannattaa katsoa viestissÀ oleva video. Voisimme yöpyÀ uudestaan.

Todella kiva peruskunnossa oleva asunto hyvÀllÀ sijainnilla Joensuun keskustassa! Muuten kaikki sujui mahtavasti majoittumisessa, mutta ainoat miinuspuolet varustelutasossa: keittiön tarvikkeet mm. paistinpannun voisi uusia. Hieman myös ÀÀniÀ kuului kadulta ja muista asunnoista, mutta tÀmÀ ei hÀirinnyt yöunia.

L'appartement au top ! moderne, propre tout confort. Par contre j'avais choisi la location par rapport à l'adresse indiquée sur Hotel.com pour etre au plus prÚs du centre mais arrivée sur place, surprise ... l'appartement était en fait à environ 1km de cette adresse. Cette adresse est celle de la recuperation des clés uniquement. Il est dommage que cette info ne soit pas donnée sur le site.

Illalla ja yöllÀ autojen ja moottoripyörien ÀÀnet ja niiden kaahailut kuuluivat hyvin selvÀsti huoneistoon. Joten emme suosittele herkkÀunisille ollenkaan tÀtÀ huoneistoa tai vastaavasti pitÀisi mainita asiasta ennen kuin joku herkkÀuninen varaa yöpymisen. HyvÀ keskeinen sijainti ja tilava asunto yöpyÀ. Asuntoon tullessa asunnon siivous oli puutteellista esin kaappien sisÀosat olivat osin pyyhkimÀttÀ ja murusia. Ikkunan vÀlit oli likaisia huoneistossa. Turvalukko olisi ollut mukava olla unissakÀvelijöiden varalta ja oman turvallisuuden vuoksi. ( mukana yksi unissakÀvelijÀ) Oli halvempi ja mukavampi vaihtoehto hotellimajoitukselle.

Tarjottu majoitus oli sopiva, hintaan nÀhden hotellia paljon parempi. RappukÀytÀvÀn meteli kuului sisÀlle, mutta uskallan suositella! Tiedoissa lukenutta ilmastointia ei ollutkaan (ilmastointi on eri asia kuin ilmanvaihto). Joensuussa hotellit ovat kalliita tasoon nÀhden ja valitsenkin siksi tÀmÀn jatkossa, jos on vain vapaana.

Siisti perusvarusteltu asunto

HyvÀ kokemus. Asunto oli siisti ja lÀhiaikoina remontoitu. Hissitön kerrostalo itsessÀÀn on jo hieman vanhahko ja tÀmÀn huomaa esim. kohtuullisen kovassa naapurimelussa eli seinÀt/lattiat eivÀt juuri ÀÀntÀ eristÀ (naapurit eivÀt kuitenkaan juhlineet, huutaneet tms. joten siinÀ mielessÀ ei hÀiriötÀ). Kalusteet, elektroniikka ja kodinkoneet ovat perustasoa (Ikea, Procaster jne.) mutta ihan mainiosti toimivia. Kerrostalon vieressÀ on todella iso maksullinen parkkipaikka. Vuokrasin kaksion, mutta sain kolmion (en osaa sanoa onko niillÀ jotain merkittÀvÀÀ eroa varustelussa tms.)

Perussiisti yksiö hyvÀllÀ sijainnilla

Majoituin siistissÀ, uudehkossa pikkuyksiössÀ hyvÀllÀ sijainnilla. Perusasiat olivat siis kunnossa ja avokeittiöstÀ löytyi tarvitsemani vÀlineet yms. Yksiö oli jokseenkin askeettinen eikÀ erityisen viihtyisÀ. NÀköjÀÀn sijoitusasunnoista tehdÀÀn nykyÀÀn niin pieniÀ, ettÀ jÀÀkaappi on sijoitettava eteiseen ja sÀngystÀ nÀkyy suoraan ulko-ovelle. TÀmÀ nyt ei lyhytaikaista majoittumista sinÀnsÀ haitannut. Huoneessa oli kaksi sÀnkyÀ, mutta nukkumaan mennessÀ huomasin, ettÀ vain toiseen oli pedattu vuodevaatteet, mikÀ tuntui vÀhÀn oudolta vaikka majoituinkin yksin (toinen tyyny olisi ollut kiva!). Olisi ollut hienoa, jos pyyhkeitÀ olisi ollut tarvittaessa myös saatavilla enemmÀn kuin yksi. En pitÀnyt siitÀ, ettÀ lÀhtiessÀ piti tiskata, ottaa vuodevaatteet pois sÀngystÀ ja viedÀ roskat. Olen majoittunut useamman kerran vastaavanlaisissa majoituksissa, mutta tÀllaisia vaatimuksia ei ole kovin usein tullut vastaan. Pieni, mutta asiakkaan nÀkökulmasta ÀrsyttÀvÀ asia. Majoitus oli siis ihan hyvÀ, mutta ehkÀ aavistuksen kallis ja koen, ettÀ samalla hinnalla on Joensuussa tarjolla majoitusta paremmalla palvelutasollakin.
