The people were amazing.. Helpful and friendly. The room was lovely. Two issues i had was the wifi was very very slow and the tv programes were awful
Other than that i was very happy

Dreadful experience
Posted Apr. 1, 2022 on HotelsDespite the best effort of the staff I personally had a horrible experience. On my second day whilst taking my morning shower raw began coming out of the shower head and subsequently filled the whole room with a pungent smell. Thanks to the manager I was moved from room 314 to 228. Apparently it's not the first time this has happened so it maybe a serious structural issue. The final straw in on leaving the elevator was not in working order. The response was " Ah well"!!!!

Your feedback is very important to us, please rest assured that I have taken the appropriate measures to resolve the problem you reported . We have called in plumbing company that came out to access the problem you reported , the outcome was not at all raw but dirt built up in the shower head in room 314. After these findings we then bought a chemical to soak and clean all shower heads in the hotel to prevent future occurrence .We appreciate you sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
