Road lodge is the best

The service was amazing and it was my second time going there and again I felt at home and I was super happy and satisfied with everything.

The place was clean but found the bathroom very small. No lift or bag carrier to help with bags up the 2 flights of stairs and no phone in the room to call reception. Breakfast is also over priced. Liked the vending machine at the entrance but it wouldnt take new money notes.

Dear Anonymous, thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I apologise for the lack of assistance in carrying bags up the stairs, a staff member should have offered to assist. We do not have telephones in the rooms, but we do supply a QR code stand in rooms to scan and request services. There is also a toll free number displayed to contact Reception. I regret that you found the breakfast to be overpriced. I will address the issue with the vending machine notes, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
