No issues with the staff, they were all very nice! The main issue is the cleanliness of the room. There were stains on the bathroom floor and stains on the bedding. The mini fridge smelled horrible and didn’t keep things cold. Batteries hanging out of the fire alarm. Power outlet covers almost falling off the walls, and if you barely moved a cord that was plugged in it would very easily come unplugged. A lot of light shining through the window at night even with both curtains closed. The hotel rooms are very close to the main road so there was a lot of noise at night from traffic driving by.

This was a Christmas stay to visit family. Hotel lacks in area of cleanliness. Chocolate was on tv cabinet and hadn’t been cleaned. Paper particles were under bathroom sink area. Male manager not friendly and makes customers feel uncomfortable. I have stayed here four times recently. Lady clerk is much nicer and friendly towards customers.

There was nothing unique. the lobby was locked off and you had the chicken from a window. The furniture was all very old and damaged

Very clean. Quick check in. Only thing I ask for bottom floor and he gave me what he called bottom with 2 sets of steps. I have mobility issues and can't do steps. He was told. was almost in tears by Tim reached room.

Room smelly. Change towels was missed and we did not have a sign out on our door at all. Breakfast, coffee was out in an hour. They did not check on it and therefore no coffee. They had a person that came in and stacked his plate with 6 eggs, 4 biscuits , 2 bowl of cereal and 4 cups of sugar. Probably a homeless person.

We stayed at the Baymont in Johnson City Tn. for a weekend of racing. Great place, was just renovated and the prices was Amazing. We was late for the free breakfast and the lady held it open for us. The food was Excellent and the Staff was really Nice. We will be back again and again!
